I wanted to take the time to write a review of my experience purchasing my watch. I decide to purchase from you instead of other companies because I received a prompt response from Mike on questions I had. Its is very unusual that a company provides and does what they say they are going to do. I was kept informed of the all the steps that needed to take place to receive my watch. The watch is fantastic in quality, to me it is significantly better than described on your website.
Now comes the after-sale support or customer service there was a shipping delay due to customs issues. Again, Mike takes care of all my concerns and questions during the delay and I mean numerous questions. His follow up and response time to them is beyond unbelievable. Plane and simple I do not see how anyone could receive better service anywhere, any place, anytime.
To do business with a company that actually does what they say they are going to provide as a product and provide the aft-sale support they commit to does not happen much anymore so it was my pleasure to be able to purchase my watch from Bestclones.
